Physio Clinic

Travis & Ciara are two in-house Physiotherapists who have a strong basis in athletic injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance.

We treat Crossfit and non Crossfit related injuries, assist in injury prevention, pre-op and post-op rehabilitation and movement performance and efficiency.

We encourage a 60 minute initial appointment so we can complete a thorough assessment, commence treatment/rehab and determine a plan to keep you training as much as possible and returning to full function.
