Group Fitness Perth

Train together.
Choose your class.

Group fitness at Grandstand isn't one class on repeat — it's a whole week of ways to train with other people. Jump into CrossFit, Hyrox or weightlifting classes, 7 days a week, all coached and all scaled to you. And yes — you can bring the kids.

The variety

One crew, three ways to train

Training sticks when you love the people you do it with. Every session at Grandstand is a group session — coached, capped and full of people cheering your last rep. Pick your flavour, or mix all three on one membership.

  • CrossFit — the flagship: coached classes all day Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings
  • Olympic weightlifting — Wednesday 6pm and Saturday 9:30am
  • Hyrox — Sunday 9am race-style engine session
  • Every movement scaled — beginners train beside veterans
  • Open 7 days a week, from 5:30am weekdays

The Grandstand difference

Bring the kids.
Seriously.

Finding childcare shouldn't be the reason you skip training. Grandstand has a gated kids creche area with a child-proof lock, right inside the gym — so your kids are safe, entertained and within sight while you get your hour.

  • Gated creche area secured with a child-proof lock
  • Bean bags, toys and a chalkboard to draw on
  • Netflix for the quiet sitters
  • You train, they play — everyone wins
FAQs

Group fitness, answered

What group fitness classes does Grandstand run?
Three class types, one membership: CrossFit (eight classes every weekday plus Saturday mornings), Olympic weightlifting (Wednesday 6pm and Saturday 9:30am) and a Hyrox session on Sunday at 9am. Every class is coach-led and scaled to your level.
Can I bring my kids while I train?
Yes — this is one of our favourite things about Grandstand. We have a gated kids creche area with a child-proof lock, right inside the gym. Kids can relax on the bean bags, play with the toys, draw on the chalkboard or watch Netflix while you train.
Do I need experience to join a group fitness class?
No. Every class is coached and every movement is scaled, so complete beginners train alongside experienced athletes — and your first class is a free trial.
Which class should I start with?
Most people start with a CrossFit class — strength, conditioning and skills in one coached hour. From there, add weightlifting or the Sunday Hyrox session. Book a free trial and we'll point you at the right one.
