Our ProgrammingGrandstand's training runs on structured 6–8 week strength and conditioning blocks written by Overpowered Athletics — delivered on the floor by our CrossFit Level 2 coach Jack Roberts and an elite team of qualified CrossFit trainers. Every week builds on the last. Every block leaves you measurably better.
Our programming partner is Overpowered Athletics, specialists in periodised strength and conditioning. Each 6–8 week block has a clear focus — a lift to build, an engine quality to develop — so your training compounds instead of just accumulating. The full week of programming drops at the start of each week, so you can look ahead and decide exactly which classes to attend.

Once a week, the periodisation steps aside and tradition takes over. Terrible Tuesday is Grandstand's own weekly CrossFit hit-out — a classic, high-intensity grind in the truest old-school style. It's terrible. It's Tuesday. You'll love it.

Dedicated snatch and clean & jerk classes on Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday at 9:30am — technique-first barbell work that feeds straight back into your block.
Sunday's 9am session turns your engine toward the race floor — sleds, ski erg, wall balls and running intervals as a supplement to the weekly programming.
Before or after class, members can hit accessories in the open gym area — or on the main floor whenever CrossFit classes aren't running. Arms, engine, mobility: your call.
