Future Members

Interested in starting CrossFit? Firstly, that’s great. Secondly, we’d be honored if you were to make Grandstand your box of choice. In order to get started we run a 4 session Foundations program on Tuesday and Thursday nights (or privately if these times don’t work for you). This is a compulsory part of starting CrossFit and teaches you the techniques and movements we use in CrossFit in order to keep you safe and to keep you improving.
